Stagecraft 101 with Rowena & Hans Braaksma

In this interactive workshop you’ll learn targeted practice habits to get you ready for performing, how to use a microphone and other stage equipment, tips on stage etiquette and presentation, connecting with your audience. All the information presented is practical and doable for non-professionals.

Professionals are welcome to come along and take a trip down memory lane and the heady days of learning the craft of entertaining. Rowena and Hans came to the music scene later in life so have very clear recollections about learning the art of performing to an audience.

Hans and Rowena play in a band “Kevin and The Coffee Cups” and as a duo “Shaky Tale”. They perform mainly at clubs, pubs, and private venues around South East Queensland and Northern NSW but also at festivals.
