Take your uke to the next level with the Intro to Chord Melody Playing workshop. This workshop will give aspiring players the tools they need to get started with this fascinating and useful style of solo playing. From the basic addition of chords to a simple melody, we will progress to more involved arrangements explaining the techniques required to create a harmonised arrangement.
Participants will need some knowledge of ukulele chords and basic notation or Tab reading proficiency. All handouts will be provided on the day. To maximise the benefits of this workshop, please bring your uke with low-G standard tuning.

Len & Karen Henderson are experienced conference and workshop presenters, having presented at music events throughout Australia over the past 30 years. They play a range of instruments and bring to the ukulele a depth of music knowledge they love to share with players of all levels.
