Royal Mail Ukulele Group
Royal Mail Ukulele Group (RMUG) have been performing together for 7 years at the Royal Mail Hotel in Goodna, Brisbane. We also perform at school fetes, community radio and past SPRUKES. We have an eclectic group of people, ukuleles and great songs.
The Royal Mail Hotel in Goodna is the home to our ukulele group. We have performed at school fetes, on community radio, Lockyer Valley Christmas festival and SPRUKE 2017 and 2019. We jam every Sunday 11 am to 12:30 pm, except the last Sunday of the month. We survived COVID by going online. We will be performing a few of our favourite tunes and the audience is encouraged to sing along. We are an all ukulele group with a couple of bass ukulele payers to keep the beat and singers who love to harmonise. We would love the audience to sing along with us. We play folk music and rock and roll.
Get ready to sing a long or get up and line dance to “stray cat strut” at the RMUG performance.
